Last week we were so busy with last minute order, while busy making Blueberry Cheesecake for Bella and at the same time we made 2-layer Cheese and Chocolate Moist (our signature cake) Engagement cake for Kak Intan, I received a call from my niece, GG who is working for Petronas. She wants to order 100 cupcakes for Persatuan Bakti Petronas and need to be delivered to Sek Ren Wangsa Maju by 9 am the next day!The kids are in between 8-12 years old so we decided to make something colorful and fun design for them. So we made 4 designs; butterfly, rainbow, sundae and ladybird.
The next day we woke up early to begin the journey of delivering cakes, about 3 places all in the area of Klang Valley; Wangsa Maju (2 places) and Bukit Antarabangsa.Luckily we can find the places easily (no thanks to the not working GPS). From what I heard from Emma, who went to Bella's birthday party that night, she ate the whole picture of Miley Cyrus by herself and they love the Blueberry Cheese Cake that we made!
Now is April, my oh my how time flies!! We had an order from our friend, Nasry & Shikin asking us to make wedding cakes for Shikin's brother. The theme is green, white & black...we were cracking our heads to decorate this cake with these 3 colors! But the result is as you can see we put in lots of green roses with leaves with white background and black writing. Next is Shikin's birthday cake, her birthday falls the next day of her brother's wedding, what a coincidence! She likes roses a lot (her wedding kenduri was full of red roses) so we decorated her cakes with roses. We also had a repeat customer, Kak Intan who ordered the same engagement cake (2 layered vanilla cheese & chocolate moist) but the color theme this time is light purple and she doesn't want any writing on the cake, so what we did is we put in a lot of white roses with purple background to make it more romantic :)
